because a lot of guys have no home training most of them grow up with out fathers so they don't know how to be men and a lot of mothers don't teach them how to respect them so they don't know how to respect a women also a lot of females let these men disrespecting them. some females they have been with just give up the cookies right away and don't let a guy wait for it so they can respect it

While the real answer is an amalgamation of the respondents comments, the one thing missed is that this current situation is a relatively new phenomenon. With the new found era of political correctness, the media and academia attach no stigmatism to bad behavior. The rappers, boneheads and other purveyors of lunacy believe that negative actions should not have negative consequences. And unfortunately many young ladies think that bad boys are good boys. With the crass behavior now being rewarded, why should these knuckleheads think otherwise. In a nutshell, women, in this world you get what you settle for. If you ladies would refuse to give these monsters the time of day, perhaps civility and politeness could be restored. The ball is in your court.

You are just looking for the wrong kind of guy. Open up your possibilities and go for someone you wouldn't normally go for. You will be surprised in how well you click and how compatible you can be. I'm not saying to go for the "ugly duckling" but there are very attractive men out there that you pass by each day and would never give it a second thought because he doesn't appear to be the right type. Try something new, you'll find the perfect gentelman you are looking for.

Yeah.
While it's true that men think about intimacy quite often, the reason is this:
We were created as sexual beings. CREATED. We should have some self-control, however, the testosterone that lurks within our bodies fuel the sexual drive we have. Take that away from us. Will we continue to be men? Will women want to be with a man without testosterone? No., unless she's a homosexual.
Women are fueled by estrogen, which drives emotion. Women are emotional beings. That's something I, as well as other men, understand. Do we punish and judge women because of that? I don't. I can only speak for myself.
The point I'm making is: if we are not judging you because of your nature, don't judge us. We are all created beings, not creators. And you women want us men to be understanding. When will be be understood?

Because if you act like a gentleman you get your heart stepped on, Gentlemen seem less boring because we are not willing to say whatever it takes to get the girl. Women would rather hear about all the things you can do for them.

There's no answer why guys are the way there.
People are different in there own ways, I guess us girls jobs are to find one, that cares about personality and nothing more. I mean it isn't wrong, to like someone who is cute, but the most deep feeling is loving someone for who they are. Don't you wish everyone was like that?
It seems as though, you broke up with someone, i'm guessing, but I'm sure you'll find the right guy, when it's your time, don't rush it, be happy with what you have now, before there gone...

Believe it or not, the way a girl dresses has a lot to do with it. If you reveal way to much or have tight fitting clothes, the guy starts to wonder. Somethimes, and I am not saying you do this, but a lot of the girls out there dress way to provocative. That makes the guy become perverted. But yeah, we as men give ourselfs a bad rep.

Guys are pigs! All they think of, as a rule is sex. If you are seeking a perfect gentleman, try looking in a library or at a science fair and seek one with actual interests. I have a question for you. Why do women flaunt what they have and then get pissy when you look at it?

You just haven't found the right guy yet, trust me, there's still guys out there like me who hold the door open for you, and are real romantic, you just haven't been fortunate enough to find one yet. Not all guys think about sex all the time, maybe most, but not all of the time.
