Can anyone recommend a 3-step (Non-comedogenic)?

I am not sure if anyone knows of a Non-comedogenic products I can use that is a "Step" methods. Right now I wash with Neutrogena Gental Scrub and Mosturize. I am in my middle 30's but I still have redness and have acne scars from before. My dermatologist recommend I use Non-comedogenic products because I have very sensitive skin.
