get some heavy duty hooks from Home Depot. they cost about $2 each. screw them into the studs on a wall, and voile, you have an economy-friendly bike rack. typically, studs are 18inches apart, so if you need the hooks closer together, then screw a 2x4 into the studs- 2 nails at each end into the stud. then screw the hooks into the 2x4. you can fancy and stain 2x4 in a nice dark color so it doesnt look like garbage hanging on the wall.

you can also get a free standing rack for pretty cheap. i have one in my garage that hold two bikes. the arms are adjustable and it cost about $30

Go to a sporting goods store and buy some big hook shaped hangers that screw in. Hang the bikes from the ceiling by the wheels. My husband is a cyclist and we have bikes hanging in just about every room.

I advise you do positioned issues up intense & purely make constructive you've a itemizing of what's saved up intense & no longer choose the stuff too usually. My brother moved right into a progression the position the individuals are very efficient to at least one yet another. He purely grew to change into 60 & i recognize that if he change into your neighbor & you requested him to go back in once a month to take something off the shelf or positioned something decrease back up he might want to like that would truly help you. easily everyone should be a hero. once you've something to provide decrease back out of appreciation then do this yet when no longer that is effective, we not in any respect recognize at the same time as a neighbor needs someone to positioned a field in our abode until eventually we get abode or a better intense choose that calls for some help. i wager it relies upon on the fashion of power on your progression some human beings do not favor to be pleasant I stay in an fairly conservative county & i recognize human beings purely thoughts their personal agency or gossip so in case you stay in a progression like that you would favor to be sure if there's a handyman who will come through on your "to do". record & have besides the actuality that you want finished all at one time. adorning, i might want to discover the most perfect images to search for. discover issues that make you experience large. That way think ofyou've got better area because they could bypass on the wall.

I have 2 bikes hanging on my garage ceiling by the big hooks mentioned. Alternatively, you can get one of those things that go against the wall and store 2 bikes one over the other like this:
