Contest the fact it must have been placed on your car b4 the time was up, as it takes a good few minutes to fill the forms out.
Mind you, you have to be able to prove it was a minute, the yellow peril will simply say you were not there, and who is the judge gonna believe?

Ok, I presume you got back to your car at 17:18 right? Did you see the warden writing the ticket? The reason I ask is that if he/she booked you at 17:18 and you arrived back at your car at the same time then he/she must have been in the vicinity. What I'm getting at is that if they weren't around (how far can you get in one minute, presuming they were on foot??) then they probably wrote the parking ticket BEFORE your ticket actually expired. Without knowing more I can't really help. Obviously if you were there when the warden was issuing the ticket then the only route you can go down then is contesting the correct GMT...if your watch made it 17:17 and their watch was one minute fast...but I'm not sure what you can do about that now, if you had contested at the time the ticket was issued it might have helped - otherwise CCTV if you appeal?

Debt creditors are basically in touch AFTER the case has lengthy previous to court docket and the "parking cost ticket" (an bill) is between the motive force and the parking employer. The registered keeper isn't obliged legally to call the motive force so the case ought to not pass to court docket as there is not any one to take to court docket. hence the final "debt accumulating employer" letters you had have been basically scare approaches into making you pay . . . . and additionally you fell for it.

I always find that if you say that you were held up in a security alert and therefore delayed getting back to the car it works. Also, try putting in the letter that you fully understand the warden was doing his job but your delay was unexpected and unavoidable it works as well. Say you tried to find the warden to explain but couldnt find him anywhere - good luck.

1 minute or 30 minutes, what's the difference? You had a responsibility to put in more money or move your vehicle. You were irresponsible and got caught.

Why don't you accept responsibility for the infraction and pay the ticket? Why do you need a loophole to get out of it when you are clearly wrong.
People like you annoy the heck out of me.
