What you do is you get the card for her, then you introduce yourself, tell her about the situation (or not if you dont want to you can skip this step), Then give her the card.

It's a cute Idea, but's kinda like sending her a Dildo and saying " Thinking of you" It doesn't make since. Maybe you should have an actual conversation.

it wont hurt. whats the worst thing that would happen? if you give her the card now you have a new friend and if you like her there is your chance to get to know her and for her to get to know you.
