is not afraid to tell me how he feels
Won’t leave me by myself
Who will sit and talk to me
Who doesn’t act like two different people
Who’s taller than me
Who’s very sweet
Who tells me how lucky he is to know me
Who calls me for no particular reason
Who doesn’t make me come to him all the time
Who cares ONLY for me (not the waitress, not his next door neighbor, not his room mate excreta)
Who is very smart, even if not school wise
Who doesn’t have obsession issues
Who can admit when he’s wrong
Who will avoid violence just because I asked him to
Who sticks up for me
Who isn’t afraid to confront me if he has a problem with me
But mostly someone who sincerely cares about me and my well-being

You are looking for a stampede of information. I will make mine short and sweet. There's a certain way a man walks that will catch my eye and it becomes a turn on. Through conversation I will know if he is boyfriend material. He can't be a momma's boy or a whiner. I want him to have a sense of humor, a trusting heart, unconditional love and a spiritual foundation. If he has flaws let it be something simple like keeping the toilet seat up or keeps the cap off the toothpaste. Anything worse than those two I can't deal with.

The thing I look for in a man is: honesty, great personality,caring and giving to a point. Someone who has set goals to achieve in life. Knows what makes the world go around. This means lots of harmony and song. Has a positive attitude and isn't negative all the time. Being to self centred isn't a good thing either. If you hang out in positive places you will usually meet positive people.A woman knows when your only interested in one thing by the way you act. Most woman want a fun loving guy whom their proud to take home to meet the family and relatives. All I can say is if you want someone genuine to be attracted to you, be the same way. Hope this helps! First and foremost , it's the physical appearance of the guy...(depends on one's preference). Then some of the qualities that follow also depends on the kind of lady involved. Because preferences defer from each one of us. What may be good for me is not good for her. I prefer somebody who is neat in appearance / she might prefer the rugged one. I may choose the executive, decent kind of look/ she may have the brusque, boy next door one. Don't be so insecure about knowing our preferences towards the opposite sex because you have your own best qualities that others don't have. So just be yourself. Always try to do your best and don't forget to be responsible in everything you do and always be financially ready. For responsible men deserve responsible women too. Good luck!

Take care of things in his life (family, work, school, whatever)

Intelligent
Caring
Willing to learn
Responsible for his actions
these things are kind of a basis of what would show me if a guy was 'boyfriend' material. looks and personality are of course part of it, but no way would i keep a relationship going if he never made good decisions, wasn't able to command respect from me, didnt' respect me, and wasn't open to change. good luck~

It depends on how old you are... I'm in my late 20s so I look for a guy with a good education background with high income. Financial stability is very important to me. After all, you can not live off of "LOVE," right?

Nice eyes and smile. Great sense of humour. Goal oriented and yet laid back. Generally fun to go to dinner or just hang out and watch a movie. Communicates well and is romantic. Always remember what you give out is what you get back.
