The guy I've been seeing this guy for the past couple of months, he saids that he's into getting to know me better and ready to explore the possiblity of something more serious with me, but whenever I show any emotion, toward the situation, as in reactions to him being inconsiderate or blowing me off, he pulls away? He's playing games right, or how should I read the mixed signal?

I don't think he's ready to enter a relationship - I think that he has some residue issues with his last relationship and might make you into his rebound punching bag. On the other side - he could just be afraid of confrontation, lacking in conflict resolution processes or just plain old arrogant, self centered, egotistical or selfish. Keep him as a friend for now and stay your distance. Observe what type of guy he is before you enter a relationship with him.

Definatly playing games. I know most people say "I don't play games" but we all do and honey, if you want to survive, you better get started on some games of your own.
#1. Take an entire day and don't answer any of his calls. Not one. Don't call him back until the evening of the next day.
#2. When he asks where you were, you were "out". No specifications and change the subject if he gets insistant on knowing.
#3. If your phone rings while you're with him, no matter who's calling, just silence the ringer and sort of chuckle to yourself. He'll ask who called and you just say "Oh, this co-worker friend of mine. He's super funny!" and that's it.

Should see some changes after that. Affection comes with desire so make him Desire you!

Of course he's playing games. Play your own - don't return his calls for a week. In fact, make him work like a dog to get your attention and time - some guys need to do that to respect a woman.

Good luck.
