I have 25 pounds of roasted and salted Brazil nuts I am putting in containers and giving as Christmas gifts. What would be the best way to store them until the week before Christmas when I put them in containers?
Ziplock bags? Vaccuum sealed? Another way?

I would store them in an airtight container, in a cool dry place. I have heard of people storing nuts in the freezer, I have never done this so I do not know if that works.
