How can I send pictures from email to my cell phone?
which software I need? a free one better.

A Data Transfer Cable you need, maybe together with your phone.

A software? yeah. Try Google Picasa which is free to use.

First, Link your phone to your computer,
Secondly, use Picasa to export pictures into your cell phone as a memory drive.
The pictures will be in your phone finally.

A data transfer cable and the drivers for the phone would be required via direct computer link. Or some carriers allow you to email direct to your phone which would come in like receiving a picture message. *Note standard picture text messaging rates would apply. Try this: Send yourself a picture from your phone to your email by picture text message. Then reply to it with the picture you want on your phone. See if that works; it does for me.
