Don't you just wanna slap them silly?

I hear the 'gain some weight' thing all the time. I hear this especially because I am frequently cold, & people tell me to put on weight to help insulate myself regularly. Yes, it is the most irritating crap to hear. Or how about, "You're so skinny, you could skip a workout today," or, "You're so skinny, you don't have to watch what you eat." It couldn't be that I have such a great build BECAUSE I don't skip workouts or am conscious of what I'm eating always. No one would ever attempt to tell me to get in shape, though. I workout 5 hours a week.

I'm not fat or out of shape, but I yell at the sister all the time. She is 5'8" tall and weights 105 pounds. She doesn't exercise, nor is she a food person so a piece of toast is what she'll eat for most of the day. I worry that if she really got sick that she doesn't have any spare pounds to lose and could run into some serious health issues.

Yeah and it drives me crazy, at times I do get nasty. I tell them I like being skinny and do not want to look like them and not always in that nice of way. I do not pick on them or make comments to them so I do not want to hear it.
