I prefer when a girl tells me how she likes it- different ppl like different things, and experience different stimuli, some girls whould like to be told they are sexy and hot, while others like being talked to alot dirtier.
I know I get alot more excited, when my partner is being satisfied.... and what works for one girl, may not work for the next. I think both of you can only benefit from knowing what the other likes.
That being said, he is still a man, and they take rejection harder than you think. Tell him you like it when....., or you want him too.... make it about you. Kinda like housebreaking a puppy you always want to use postive re-inforcement as not to damage thier egos.

An intelligent sexually sophisticated male will love it.
Probably not a great first encounter thing to do, but once a basic level of trust is established then there shouldn't be any problem educating the kind of guy I defined above.
