A vaporizer with Vicks Salve in the cup where the steam comes out. Just leaning over the vaporizer will help.

Good ol' fashioned Sudafed. It can make you hyper, and elevates blood pressure and heart rate, though, so if you have blood pressure problems avoid it. Take it along with some expectorant cough syrup (guaifenesin), for an even bigger punch. Mucinex is a combination of the two, and lasts for 12 hrs. Don't take it at night or you'll NEVER get to sleep!

Plain Sudafed should work. Pseudophederine (which Sudafed is) will dry you out and may wake you up as well.

For stuffed nose, Benedryl does a lot, but it will make you drowsy rather than reducing drowsiness. If you want to avoid drowsiness, try something other than Benedryl.
