Excuse yourself, go to the bathroom and clean yourself up! Then you can pretend you got an emergency cell phone call while in the bathroom and that you have to leave. You can run home and change your clothes.

Politely (in a quiet voice) ask the person next to you if they happened to bring an extra set of clothing. Then ask them to walk behind you as you go to the bathroom. Always ask someone to walk behind you and if they do not have any extra set of clothing, they can assist you in determining the best way to handle the situation.

Besides hoping the floor would open and swallow me I'd excuse myself and head to the bathroom and clean up. Then I would wrap my panties in several paper towels and put them in the garbage.
