In the book of Enoch, who is referred to by Jesus in the new testament, said that angels lusted after women and had relations and offspring. So, there are at least male angels, close to what we are. But they also had supernatural powers that they taught to man. This was a reason they were punished and banned.

The Bible mentions them by name as male. Gabriel.. Luke 1:19, and Michael... Revelation 12:7. Some other books not in the Protestant Bible mention a few others by name.

angels do have gender, the bible tells us about the nephilim, which are children born of an angel and a human. i dont know where it is exactly, but the passage goes something like this: and the angels looked upon the daughters of man, and thought they were beautiful, and laid with them, thus were born the nephilim. i dont see how that would be possible without gender.

Angels are presented in he Bible as male. There are a lot of misconceptions about angels. For example, that angels sing. But there is not one passage in the Bible that ever presents angels as singing. They are messangers of God and they always speak.
