Say hello ... if she answers then keep the conversation going ... you might end up with a date. If she ignores you move on to her girlfriend .... might have luck there instead.

Give her a rose and ask her to be your friend first. Be kind to her and treat her well. Women love flowers and sweet smelling things. Most of all they just need a good friend.
