If you are in RCN territory, you can probably get these bundled for sub-$100. In Brooklyn, high speed Internet was running me a bit above $30 through Verizon DSL although the rates may have changed since then. Promo rates on Earthlink cable modem were running about the same. Regular rate is probably closer to $50/month.

Phone is roughly $20/month through Verizon. Their long distance charges are ridiculous so go through someone else like ECG, which is dirt cheap (less than $0.03/min if you find a good promo code - check around online).
