the person who had it before me deleted the windows off of it.....so now it doesnt start up.....help

you can't delete windows without deleting everything. Only way to get it back is to re-install windows from the CD.

Get the disc and re-install it, if you don't have restore disks or an OS disc, you'll need to buy it
