First and foremost, you need to think. Atlanta is the hub for Delta Airlines and Delta airlines has destination almost every airport in the world. Then there is the national airline carrier of Canada which is AirCanada. I would take Delta Airlines because u are at the hub and flights will be cheaper.

EDIT: I wouldn't fly that Alaska Airlines route. Might be quicker but you only get an hour layover for an international flight. Probably not a good idea! Also, the price on Alaska Air is almost double.

Currently no one flights nonstop from Atlanta to Vancouver. Alaska Airlines have the quickest one stop via Seattle, followed by United, Northwest and the usual major carriers.
