I am 21 newly divorced and a single mother of a 17month old boy....... and nobody seems to want to date me. I dont understand it.

True, it's a little intimidating. But you're actually a lot more likely to find a good man than women without kids. I wouldn't "not date a woman" just because she had a child. It would probably take a little more time to work up the courage, though. And besides; everyone knows women who have kids have hotter bodies ;)

Yes, why would you want a girl who been there and done that when you can teach a new girl all the tricks you like her to do? 21 is too young to be married, divorced and have a kid.

there are men out there who will want to date you whether you have a child or not. but for now just concentrate on u and ur little boy and enjoy your time being single. i was a single mum of 4 kids and my partner has never had kids and although he still finds some things quite scary he enjoys being a part of our lives. being single isnt all that bad tho.........no one talking thru im a celebrity........................bliss. take care

it's not that were scared but a lot of drama can happen between you and the childs father that some of us just don't want to be in the middle of. If you ever have an itch that needs to be scratched let me know lick-kity split.

guys are very intimidated by this... i dated a girl about a month and she had 2 kids.. she was very intimidating and in the end she ended up telling me that she told a bunch of her friends i was molesting one of her children... thats really f.u.c.ked up.... dont do that and dont be so clingy and you should be fine
