Hi! I work full time and I'm a student at night. I have ZERO time to cook. Can you give me some recipes that I can make on the weekend (sunday night) that will still taste good when I re-heat it at work or school. Preferably low on fat!

In all honesty, invest in some crockpot cookbooks. Most recipes are low fat. Toss everything together, stir, hit low, and do whatever else needs to be done around the house.

We swear by our crockpot. No worries about what to make for dinner when we're tired.

You should invest in a pressure cooker since it is a versatile, fast, safe and fun way to prepare foods in about a third of the cooking time as with conventional heat cooking methods with the exception of the microwave. Just one example is a great one pot dinner of corned beef and cabbage with all the veggies which can be made in under one hour and you will have great leftovers to take to lunch the next day.Get an electric programmable one too and only in stainless steel.
