I use to see this guy when i was extremly young we lived in the same neighbourhood & were born in the same area. We had lost contact until a few months ago it want be more than two months age. This week he had said that he had wanted to get married & be engaged by the end of next year. He had told all his friends about me already & had stopped chatting to all his female friends. Is he for real of is he not? I have no idea

Take it slow...can i ask the age of the two of you? Time is important, you need to really know a person. I was married to my sons farther for my son, not for myself. Make sure you love him, and it isn't you want to be married. I am now in the process of planning my wedding to a 33yr old man lol a soldier, we have been together for only 2 yrs but we know the ins and outs of each other, not from being with each other but the things we have been through that would have broke us if we weren't meant to be. We have lived apart for the entire 2 yrs, he has been deployed over seas and now is in another state. Be sure you love him and not the idea of him. be careful divorces cost alot and take a long time. Any guy that tells all of his friends that he wants to marry you and stops chatting with his female friends is either serious or a very good actor. For him to do both I think that he is serious because I do not know many guys that are serious that will still continue to talk to their female friends. The best thing to do is talk to him about it. I would advise that first you go to God in prayer. Secondly u shoud look out for the qualities you desire in a life time partner, thirdly ask urself if u are ready and lastly is he repsonsible, but remember that u need to know him better don't rush into it. i pray that the lord sees u thru. take care

Does it matter?? He was sharing his thoughts with you, and anything more than that is a HUGE assumption. I highly doubt that he stopped talking with all of his female friends, even if you might think so...
