Well, I am not an atheist but I am a San Antonio girl. I KNOW what hot sauce is supposed to taste like.

If you choose mild, you are eating ketchup. It has got to be HOT! The dark sauce, roasted, is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
