considering going to curves, any idea who much the memberships are to start and the monthly payments as well. I am a college student if that means anything, not sure if there are discounts for that.

It is $29 a month with an enrollment fee. Sometimes they run a special on the enrollment fee which is $149. Sometimes you can enroll for half. Call your local Curves and ask when the next discounted joining fee is.

No discounts. I think it's $40 a month if you sign a contract, plus $100 down. If you don't sign a contract it's $50 @ month. Just call your local curves and they will explain it to you.

I used to be a member of Curves(LOVED IT, but had bad knees so had to stop going), it cost me $30 a month.
