Look on Ebay (they have everything), to get ideas and supplies. I did all my own and they came out super nice!

I could make you bookmarks that have a nice "thank you for coming" type of message to the guests. I could send you a PDF of the file, then you just take it to a print shop and print them on thick paper and cut them up (but not cardstock...that's too thick).

Be careful with making CDs, for copyright laws.
I took three very tiny bells and tied them together with ribbon that matched our colors. People rang the bells when we left the church, rather than throw rice. They kept the bells as their favor. It was very inexpensive, and very easy to do.

I would make a cd for all your guest of songs that mean alot to you and your husband. You then can burn them and it should only cost you about 30 dollars. I have seen alot of couples do this and its the new thing for your guest to remind them of your special day.
