My sister has just found out she is pregnant but for about 2 weeks now she has been getting pains in her stomach to the side, any ideas as to what it may be?

embedding pains the foetus attaching to her uterus x but always check with a doc sweetie xx

It could be nothing, but I would get her to go to the doctors as soon as possible to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

Been through similar thing with my second. They will scan her to be sure everything is where it should be.

It really is important that you do this, I know someone who actually had an ectopic that burst and she had to have emergancy and life saving surgery!

Like I said, it could be nothing so don't panic her!

I dont think anyone can really help you out here as every pregnancy is completely different. You'll only get yourself even more worried. Any pains should be reported to her doctor or midwife. Hope everything is ok.

It's probably nothing, but it could be an ectopic pregnancy. If it really is 'pain' and not just slight cramping or discomfort then she should see a doctor.

It could be an etopic pregnancy, but before you panic, getting too see a doc should be a priority. Might just be a urine infection, I had million s of those when I was preg.

it sounds like it might be a urine infection. go and see a doctor and get it checked out just to be on the safe side.

I got stretching pains later on. See a doctor if worried.

possibilty of appendicitis? what side is the pain. or she could possibly be having an ectopic?

IT COULD BE GROWING PAINS FROM THE UTERUS HAVING TO ACCOMMODATE THE BABY NOW. BUT IF WORRIED DO NOT GET MEDICAL ADVICE ON HERE PLEASE CALL A DOC!
