He's probably got strong abdominal muscles. It probably does hurt a little, but if he's clenching right, he can avoid most of the pain and damage. It's like in professional wrestling. they know how to take the moves so they dont get hurt.

martial arts, yeah right!?! it looks more like some strange sado-masochistic act going on to me. are those girls hookers? one says something about the next jump being 'free of charge' (though she's most likely joking). but still, look at them, look at him, and it all seems a tad odd to me.
how can he take it, well if he's getting off on them hurting him, then that's his pleasure.
