I've noticed that my microwave is rusty, is that noit extremlely dangerous health wise?

having any kind of oxidized metal in your microwave is NOT safe. Throw it away and get a new one.

if its rusted down to the metal ,that will send sparks flying.you can buy a rubberized paint and paint the inside twice,or buy a new one .they are cheap now
