In the Holy Book I only recall reading about what appeared to me to be male angels. Could anyone give me reference to what appears to be a female Angel in the Holy Book? Reference please no statements without reference. Kisses Betty

Angels are considered to be without sex. However a lot of the pictures from the middle Ages depicts them in a rather feminine way. I think the woman is seen as the protecter, the care-giver. That could be the reason. Slightly more recent pictures of guardian angels for small children are also depicted as feminine. It just goes to show to what extent women are motre easily trusted than men.
Let's be honest: All other things being equal, wouldn't you hire a female baby sitter more easily than a male one?

hi Thee first you're able to calm down I understand you have been scared. And Angels by the way are no longer the only sources of the Christian God. Angels are no longer ruled by the Christian God. Angels have been in existence for the reason that time began. The are neither male or lady, the do no longer threaten or attack or kill. in case you fairly need extra information e mail me off record. i've got confidence you and which you're no longer on drugs, loopy or the different insulting call ppl here toss at questions like yours.

Angels are sexless - they appear in male form, though.
