if i earned £4000 in UK, how much tax will I have to pay?

I am writing a report on taxes around europe and I need an accurate answer to this question please? if you could tell me the percentage tax , that would be brilliant!

I assume you mean how much tax would a UK resident pay on a salary of £4,000?

As we all get a personal allowance of over £5,000 there would be no tax ay this level.

If you are talkiing about second jobs or foreign nationals working here then the situation is a little more complex.
