BP has a very cool carbon calculator on how much CO2 an average household uses. Everyone has a different lifestyle and its a person's lifestyle that determines how much CO2 a person needs. According to BP, the average UK household uses 9.85 tonnes of CO2.

There are not enough trees to absorb all the CO2 people produce and that's why CO2 levels are rising. Worse of all, more and more trees and being cut down and so the number of trees are actually declining. If you want to do something to reduce CO2, plant trees and more importantly reduce your carbon footprint.

Wrong question. It is not how much CO2 that we produce but where does it all go. The environmentalist want u to think that the CO2 has increased 30%. Not true. where did it all go. Did u go to school. U haven't heard of photosynthesis. It is taught here and yet they cant put it together. The green plants, every plant that uses photosynthesis algae, kelp, grass, yes they all help in cleaning our air. They take in CO2 and give us back oxygen. The plants need CO2 as much as we do oxygen.
