It sounds as though you are not mature enough to be in a relationship. First you say you don't mess around but then you're upset that he doesn't want to either. If you're not in love with him, you shouldn't mess around with him in the first place. Why don't you take a break until you are older?

Question for you: is he a virgin? If so, he may have a serious belief in 'not before the wedding'. You may be the first girl he has even kissed. By the way, the stuff that happens in public is a guys need to fit in. It has nothing to do with you. Guide him how to kiss that you find enjoyable. Sounds like a nice guy who will do anything to please you. Don't take the ring, but don't be mean. Tell him to please keep it until your relationship gets there.

Sounds like you are both young. Most guys are going to feel attachment to their first few girlfriends. Believe me - they grow out of it. If you want to move further w/ your physical relationship then just tell him. Even make moves on him when you're just kissing and give him the hint.

Just a heads up - if you do have sex he's going to be even more clingy for awhile unless he's a complete jerk and ditches you afterwards - but he sounds like nice guy. :)

Don't worry - and don't be dissapointed w/ his clingy behavior - trust me! You want to hold on to the nice guys.

I'm guessing you're like 12 or 13 so I'll just say this. Stay in school, forget about boys for another six or seven years, focus only on school.

hmm i would say obsessive, tell him straight up that this is too much for you and too soon. your not at that point with him and if he doesnt give you some space then you should leave him.
