I am pretty busy with school, work, and homework, so when I come home between cleaning up the house and getting everything ready for the next day I don't have time to make anything healthy. What is the best approach here?

you sound young....meaning that you have time to plan a proper diet.....dont wait for the dr. to tell you that you are going to die ....use that as motivation.....there are alot of healths risks with poor eating...or too much eating....just think..."I DONT WANT TO DIE".....and work your butt off to stay away from all that food...good luck

Try getting up 15 minutes early and do some crunches or 30 minutes early and take a walk. Also a good way to unwind is take a walk at night . Maybe on the weekend cook enough to last through the week and freeze it.

It takes no more time to make healthy food than unhealthy food. you just need to have healthy foods in the house. you can also find an exercise buddy or go for walks on breaks

This message may be cruel, but helpful.

Motivate yourself that you will have be dieting, or else you will become fat, and none will marry you or someone will not be your boyfriend, or girlfriend. I am getting fat, and that is what is happening. I mean it vary hard to stay away from junk food, I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee it, and always want to eat it, It is very hard. I tried to resist, but I cannot resist. You have to motivate yourself by thinking what if you become fatly ugly.
