I weighed 205, but lost 67 pounds in four months. How? EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING. There is no magic silver bullet. Pills don't work. Just clean out your cabinets and fridge of bad food and buy fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken and fish. I personally ate shrimp and salmon quite a bit as main dishes. Exercise at LEAST 60 minutes a day. It sounds like a lot but: 1. if it is worth it to you, you will find a way to do it, and 2. you can break the time up and do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Also - drink TONS of water. You will lose a lot right away doing that.

It definitely works.

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU! I know your struggle, and you CAN do this! :o)

Lots of exercise, watch what you eat, but still eat, don't stop eating because that will be really unhealthy and may make you not develop as well. Also, a good tip is to drink green tea, it increase your metabolism causing you to burn more fats. Keep exercising. If you ever feel like snacking then eat an orange or some carrots. Keep exercising. Make a regular exercise routine that you always follow. Also, keep increasing your exercise routine because as your weight drops it becomes harder to lose the last couple of pounds. Good luck!

Jesus, This is like the 3rd one of these questions here. No easy way, get off the sofa, exersize and stop eating crap. It is that simple people. There is no magic pill. You actually have to do the work!!!!!!!!! Anythng "fast" isn't healthy, speed, bulimia, all work but really not a great choice. So now that you spent the first part of life putting the weight on, now all of a sudden you want it to magically disappear. First step: walk away from the computer, turn off the tv and exersize!

there is no shortcut or magic bullet for weight loss. if it takes you 4 years to gain that weight why would you expect to be able to drop that weight in 5 weeks or 6 days or whatever. its like saving money. if it takes you 6 years to get into credit card debt you can just step out of it.

you should count on at least half the time that it took to gain the weight to lose it if you maintain a good diet AND EXERCISE program.

if you dont excercise, dont bother dieting. more importantly, if arent going to MAINTAIN an exercise regime, dont bother with the idea of losing weight at all. just get the surgery,

You should eat less, and work out. Also, you can get phentermine, a prescription diet pill that works really well. I lost like 20 lbs. in about two months using them, they really curb your appetite. But try to start making it a habit of eating healthier or you will gain it all back after you stop taking the pills.

Cut down on starchy food and sugar.
Take lots of water and exercise 15 minutes of exercise is enough.
Have your supper at least 3 hours before bed time, you will shed off some pounds. It has worked for me.

Don't eat lunch. Eat one thing for breakfast (boiled egg), a mid-morning snack (like fruit), a snack early afternoon (like hummas on a whole wheat tortilla), a late afternoon snack (popcorn), and a healthy dinner. Don't eat after dinner!!!! Exercise 3X a week. This sounds simple and easy, but I lost the weight I gained after childbirth very quickly.
