If your tv has inputs (either s-video or red/white/yellow plugs), then you'll run the output from the DVD player into those inputs. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

You wan to connect the Video Out (typically a yellow jack) from the DVD player to the Video input on either the TV or the video input on the VHS player
