or is God's power limited?

If it was perfect "in the beginning" but isn't now, doesn't that imply that God's power is limted?

God has limited Himself to not interfere with man's free will. It was that free will that brought death and hate into the world not a mistake by God. If you want to blame anyone you can blame us for our imperfect world.... Jim

God did make the earth perfect. After the fall is when everything started to get perverted, be more work intensive, etc. Read Genesis chapters 1-3. God's power is not limited. God is omnipotent- that means all powerful. King knows what's going on.

REPLY:
No.
Note this from Genesis 3:17, 18 --
And to Adam he said: “Because you listened to your wife’s voice and took to eating from the tree concerning which I gave you this command, ‘You must not eat from it,’ cursed is the ground on your account. In pain you will eat its produce all the days of your life. And thorns and thistles it will grow for you, and you must eat the vegetation of the field."

God DID make the earth perfect. Don't forget that EVERYTHING God makes is perfect.

God's power is NOT limited.

Satan is the opposite of the goodness of God. It is Satan who sought to destroy God's perfect creation through evil thoughts in man (greed and selfishness mostly). The earth has become imperfect through the entrance of sin into it.

But it will some day become perfect again, once Satan is bound for eternity.

THE EARTH WAS MADE PERFECT

After sin, man came close to living the first day as 1000 years 2Pet.3:8; He was made in the image of God and in his likeness, HE LOST THAT.

THE PERFECT LIFE SUSTAINING EARTH WAS LOST IN THE FLOOD

There will be a new heavens and a new earth. 2Pet.3:13; Rev.21:1-5 Isa.66:1,22,23;

God did make the earth perfect along with man.
We can't question God's power only man's limit.

He made the world perfect...read about the Garden of Eden in Genisis. Adam and Eve were made to leave the Garden of Eden because they sinned. The did the one thing God told them not to.

Yes, God stoped from making earth perfect, when He created Mankind. And He did it out of love, because He wanted us to see it as a gift.

G-d could not have made the world perfect. the only thing that can be perfect is G-d. if G-d had made the world perfect he would not be creating something - he would in fact be replicating himself. if the world was perfect, the world would be just as much G-d as he is.
