DUH! They had to put it in writing in CA! You see in the other 49 most folks use signals and drive in a way as to not conflict with you also getting home alive.....Where I live we don't even carry guns in our cars, well most don't. CA cars come standard with a holster in the drivers door and a coupon for a glock
