For starters classic pizza is thin crust. I think you're talking about NY style pizza. The best way to reheat NY or hand tossed pizza is on a pizza stone in the oven. Preheat the oven at 350, let it warm up for like 5 minutes, with the pizza stone in the oven, then put the pizza on the stone in the oven for 3 to 5 min. It may take longer depending on your oven. This is how I do it and it always taste like the first time it was made.

Put just oil in the bottom of a heavy frying pan to coat. Get the pan hot then turn it down to low. Place your pizza slices in the pan and put the cover on. Leave it alone until the cheese is all melty again. The crust will be nice and crisp. I like it better reheated like this than I do when it is fresh.

Can be microwaved with a moist paper towel over it for 30-35 seconds per slice. Better to put in preheated oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes (won't get chewy like it does in the microwave).

This is a different way of going about it...If you have a Foreman grill take 2 slices and align them so that the "pizza" sides are sticking together, creating a pizza sandwich. Put them on the Foreman and heat then for a while untill the cheese is gooey again. You can add all sorts of extra goodies between the slices too. This is definately a stoner creation.

I sometimes put it in the microwave when I am in a rush. But it tends to be a little mushy. The best way to heat it up is to put it in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

Unless you don't mind it being kinda soggy, the microwave will work. But if you want it cooked more evenly, put it in the oven or the toaster oven for a little while... I don't know how long.. maybe 10 minutes.. jsut keep an eye one it.

Never, never, in the microwave. I would suggest using a well pre-heated oven at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
