Actually, this isn't an easy question to answer. But, I'll give it my best shot. Christians believe that Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven (John 14:6). Jews believe that Jesus was a false prophet and a self proclaimed Messiah (that is why he was killed). Muslims beliefs are based on the Five Pillars of Isalm. You can see the site in my sources for more info.
So, why do they hate? Simply out of ignorance. I am an ordained minister who is Agnostic. I don't know what to believe. But I do believe in God. Some people are so set in their ways that they become close minded to the idea that they might actually be wrong.
Personally, I say we all just need to get along.

Yes, they all worship the same God. The reason there is such hatred is because of fear. As to Christians being infidels - lets look at what the Muslim world sees today, shall we? They see a 'Christian' man leading a country of 'Christian' people. That would be Bush and the United States. The teachings of Christ are common knowledge. "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your heavenly Father, for he makes his sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust." Matthew 5 : 43 - 44.
What message does that send? That we preach to love and we do not? That we kill their families and destroy their lands? No wonder they call Christians infidels. What can be done to improve the problem? To solve it? Maybe if we stopped being such hypocrites, the world would be a better place.
In conclusion, yes, Muslims, Christians, and Jews worship the same God - all religions do - no matter what the name; and Christians are infidels because they disregard the very words they throw in other peoples faces.

I am a Christian, and I do NOT worship the same God as do the Muslims. The god of the Muslims, Allah, contrary to what is popular today, is a god of violence and hatred. The "radical Muslims" are quite simply those that are truest to their original doctrine.
Compare the Koran and the Bible. You'll find it is immensely different, with some things that are simply irreconcilable. The biggest difference is that according to the Bible, the way to God's heaven is only through God's Son, Jesus Christ. The Koran, however, says that you must do different works. You must involve yourself in daily prayers and rituals.
The same God would not ask two different things of people, if He were God at all.
And by the way, Muslims do not target only those who believe in Jesus Christ as God when they say "infidel." They believe that any who do not believe that their Allah is God is an infidel. Many just use the term "Christian" as meaning "non-Muslim" and therefore, "infidel."
So, must of the US is composed of infidels...
Hence the 9/11 attacks by radical Muslims...

Just by reading the answers you see how ignorant people are of Islam. Did you know Prophet Muhammd made the first written constitution of a State ever promulgated by a sovereign in human history. It was for the various tribes and the Jews and Christians in Medina. Prophet Muhammad was a real humantarian, here is an audio biography.

Christians and Israelis pray to the same God, Muslims say they do, but they are mistaken. The same God would not direct Christians and Jews to love all men and direct Muslims to kill Christians and Jews. Like the Bible says, "A house divided against itself can not stand"

Jews and Christians are clear that they pray to the God of Israel.
Muslims pray to Allah. And Muslims claim that their "Allah" is the same as the God of Israel.
All three are mono-theistic religions (meaning simply all three believe there is only one god in the universe).
Problem is that the Muslim Allah couldn't be more different than the God of the Jews and Christians. This makes it difficult to reconcile the claim of Muslims that theirs is the same God as that of the Jews and Christians.

We, as Muslims, are considered infidels in Christianity.
And Here's a proof we pray to the same God:
