It can't of been a packet of sponge mix! Flan bases and tarts (as in maybe jam tarts) are not sponge. They are shortcrust pastry?!?! Heehee
My boyfriend always says he likes a tart when he nan bakes and me n him crease up laughin, she never clicks on tho! haha
