DOES ANYONE HAVE A RECIPE? IM JUST LOOKING FOR REGULAR POTATOES WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR CHEESE? NOT A CASSEROLE, OR STUFFED POTATOES ETC... CAN I JUST CUT UP PIECES OF CHEESE, OR WOULD THAT BE TOO CHEESEY? ? SHOULD I USE A "SAUCE" LIKE VELVEETA??

The best cheese, I have found, to use for such recipes is the cheddar cheese sauce in a can. It is ready to go and there is nothing that needs to be added to it. I am not sure if there are other types of cheese sauce (i.e. American) in a can, I never looked.

You could try using shredded cheddar or whatever kind of cheese you prefer. Velveeta is also an option, it melts nicely and isn't bad on potatoes.

Use REAL cheese. Most stores now stock Cabot Cheddar. This is REAL VERMONT CHEDDAR! It tastes great and isn't made from oil! Velveeta is horrible and tastes like plastic!

Just get Cabot, slice it onto the potatoes and bake them with it! It's that simple!

Campbells makes cheese soup and Ragu makes several cheese sauces (along with their spaghetti sauce) and its really good. Add some garlic salt and pepper.

I have used velveeta many times and think it is the best consistency. Good luck

both are outstanding selections. you are able to upload some better issues to the broccoli, like Francis Bacon bits, or sauted onions; yet you are able to truly LOAD a baked potato, so i wager, a minimum of with a steak, baked potato receives my vote.

I just use velveeta. Cut it in chunks and melt it.
