You have to look to Christianity, eg 10 commandments, for this. It is impossible for human beings to create it for themselves, because they have no fundamental way of knowing whether what they create it is moral or not. You only have to look at what left wingers believe in to know this. They don't believe in religion, they are far too clever for that.
