Ouch, I guess you could if you wanted, just make sure it's ready to come off so you don't get a scar or an infection. And here's some invaluable advice for the future--lavender oil! It works better to make a cold sore disappear than anything I've ever heard of, sometimes in a few hours or at least a day.

You may as well pick it but it will rip off the skin at the edge it is attached to and cause a bit of pain. Try to ease it off gently. Cold sores are so annoying.

dnt pick it! itl have to heal all over again and you will have a scar jus put abreva on it...n let water hit it when ur in the shwer it feels good on cold sores...

half on half off take it off in he shower when its wet then put some camfophenoque sold at any drug store
