You have a very modest number of tattoos and can certainly get as many as you want but consider this (and I have said this before), from the perspective of a tattoo shop owner and artist, I find that men like to look at women that happen to have tattoos but they do not like looking at tattoo with a woman hidden inside.
My opinion after all these years (and trust me, I would love to take your money) is that there may be a time to stop...it is not the same for everyone...just don't let the tattooing take you over no matter how addicting it is. Be sure it is always an extension of who you are.

The limit of tattoos someone should have will depend on their very own personal taste.
Your friend probably feels that too many tattoos make someone ugly, where I feel there is no limit and as long as you are happy with your tattoos, that's all that matters in the long run.

There isn't a limit in how much tattoos a women should have, it's more about how much you wants, and how much is too much for yourself, you get what i mean? It should be up to you to set the limit, not your friend. Although, he has the right to tell you his opinion, I personally found what he said a bit sexist.

your male friend sucks. the number of tattoos a person has is up to them and them only. most of my girl friends who have tattoos have many (more than 6) i think i have the least of all of us but i'm slowly catching up. i would take issue with what your friend said. i would tell him that he is being judgemental and superficial.

In my opinion there is no limit to how many tattoos a woman should have.I admire women who have at least 50% of their body tattooed.

It's your body and it's your choice how many tattoos you have. Yes, you should've been upset about what he said. Sounds like he's not a very good friend. He sounds very closed minded.
Good luck!

There is no limit, unless it's the one the woman sets on herself. She is the only one who can set that limit.
I'm tattooed and pierced, and I'm going to continue to get them, as long as I feel they are appropiate to me.

Hell no!!!! I have 8 and love every single one of mine. If you want to get sleeves go for it, it's your body after all.
My partner thinks I have too many but I just tell him that he is jealous because he is too scared to get any himself.
I don't listen to anything anyone say's, I'm the one that has to live with them and look at them everyday, and I the one that has to grow old and wrinkly with them no-one else.

If you wanted to get upset, then do so. No one is limited to what they deserve or have in life because of gender.
