Can i use Power DVD to play movies/capture stills that are on my computer?

If not what program can i use? I have videos on my computer and i want to capture images..but my power DVD doesnt seem to let me use it unless its a DVD.

yes you can! :) check out the menu via right clicking on the screen when you're watching a DVD. other options: Nero/Windows Media Player 11/Super C (erightsoft.com). or if you want to capture a still, just press Print Screen on your keyboard (during the selected frame), then copy the image to microsoft paint. :)
