A Medical Doctor versus a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

If I am dying my bets are on the MD or a Specialist MD. Not the DO, unless I am dying of a broken bone.

Above answerer is backwards, an MD goes to school longer than a DO but they generally perform the same services.
