If I'm meeting the person for the first time, the way they carry themselves. Are they friendly, lots of smiling, are they part of the group and so forth.
If it's one of those where you've been friends for a while, just how much that person has evolved and changed. Is she intelligent, does she have a sense of humor. Can she put up with mine, especially when I'm in one of those harsh moods, lol.

There facial features....if they have nice eyes, lips, smile but overall the attractiveness of their face (beauty) then personality

Overall looks. I don't know a guy's personnality or sense of humor unless I talk to them and get to know them. I'm not going to talk to someone without seeing who it is.
