Have you tried reading the book Fox in Sox by Dr. Suess ,to your child?
It's too much toungue twisting ,if you ask me?
It kind of annoying ,but once you start gettin' all wound up with it,it kind of gets addictive.
It got my husband, and my two kids laughing when I was reading out loud one night to my kids.

I LOVE Reading Dr. Seuss. When my son was in first grade I challenged the kids to read 50 [easy books if they couldn't read well] book by my birthday which is the tenth of March. I told them if they each gave me that birthday present of reading 50 books I'd come to school on St. Patty's Day with GREEN hair and read Green Eggs and Ham! Guess what? OF COURSE THEY DID IT!!! There was one boy who only read 25 but that was up from reading NOTHING so I allowed him to stay for the reading too. He had family struggles for a while that year. I knew all the kids well and knew they'd do it. I had to go into the school and sign in with green hair. They said "Aren't you taking this whole St. Pat's day a bit far" so I explained it to them. It was one of the best days of my son's school career. Dr Suess Rocks!! LOL

I totally agree! I love Dr. Suess but that particular book drives me nuts. My favorite all time is Horton hatches and egg. My best friend gave it to me a couple years ago and we keep it displayed on our book shelf with our other favorites. I also love How the Grinch stole Christmas.I read it to my 2 yr old so much that he could recite the whole book.

It's a tie between Green Eggs and Ham and Fox in Socks.

I loved it and all the Seuss books as a child. The tongue twisting is fun for kids and helps them learn words and sounds.

I prefer The Lorax. But if you want tongue-twisting, go for The Sneetches.

The more times you read it the easier it gets. Trust me, I know. :)
