i'm 15 and i get SOOO excited about christmas! i just love it so much, the lights, the decorations just everything! but no one else seems to care that its almost christmas. Am i being to immature? Am i too old for christmas? :(

Do you honeslty think that they put up all those decorations, host all those christmas parties for adults, and go through ALLL this trouble.. just so a 7 year old kid can smile?

Holy crap no! I'm 15 and I LOVE Christmas! Why do you think it's so huge, that people start talking about it over a month early, that people go to all the trouble with decorating and cards and gift giving and making everything perfect?
Because no one likes it?

Anyone who DOESN'T like Christmas is immature, negative, pessimistic, and probably not very nice. So keep loving it. You should, for the rest of your life. It's a wonderful time of year.

You're never too old to love Christmas :-)
Too many people this time of year get depressed or get irritable because of the pressure to give people everything they want on their lists. There is too much commericialism with Christmas now....it's all about what you can buy and how cheap you can get it.
I say if you can still appreciate the lights, the decorations and the tree you should take advantage of every minute of it. Someday you'll be an adult and feel pressured by your kids to give them all the toys they want on their Christmas lists like Nintendo Wii systems and Elmo TMX lol....

NEVER EVER!! I love it too & I am 30. With all the hate & war in the world, we need things that make us happy. Enjoy the holidays, and let out your inner child. Encourage others your age to remember the true meaning...help others, give of yourself, do charity work for people who cant affod Christmas, or have no family to celebrate with. It will make you even happier about the holidays than before. Plus, when (if) you become a mommy, your kids will love it because you will be as eacited as you are, and happy parents make for happy kids!!

I would certainly hope not. I am 46 and still enjoy driving around checking out the light displays and try to go to the Xmas Luminaria at the Desert Botanical Garden or check out the Christmas play at a local church. Christmas rocks and you should just keep enjoying it.

never too old to enjoy Christmas I'm 29 and loved it all my life love giving and love the lights my self and now i have kids its just even more of and excitement enjoy it love it its the most wonderful time of the year
