if i put semi skimmed milk in green tea, will it still increase my metabolism?

Don't know about your metabolism, but if you put milk of any kind in green tea, you'll ruin the flavour!

green tea increases ur metabolism...and it's really healthy. I don't think that anyhting would happen if u put semi skimmed milk in it, it'd still speed up ur metabolism. Just don't put that much milk in.

It doesn't make a difference how you drink your green tea.

Green Tea contains an antioxidant called EGCG. It enhances your metabolism.

I've actually heard it can help you burn about 80 calories a day extra if you drink it daily.

maybe, if it dosen't it'll probably speed up a bowel movement! thats just as good and works faster.
