no. juice contains ALOT of sugar which will just add to your problem. Just try diet and exercise! Its the best and easiest way!

The girls in my office are on a diet where they eat low carbs and drink cranberry juice and it seems to be working for them. I'm sure its better than soda!!

I don't know, but water does. It keeps the body hydrated & reduces the appearence of cellulite.
